Internship Description
The intern will learn:
- Support for preparing offers and tenders.
- Handling other correspondents in English and Arabic
- Provide all kinds of Admin works that enable the sales department team to run the business efficiently and effectively to achieve the company goals.
- Prepare all activities related to meetings, preparing management reports/letters/forms, time schedules, and follow-up actions to support and facilitate their activities.
- Coordinate/communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data information…etc.
- Deliver and complete all kinds of secretarial responsibilities and works related to sales activities in terms of (typing & printing, faxing, photocopying, phone calls, filing, mailing, etc.…) to support the sales team to run their business activities effectively and in a quality way.
- Perform other tasks upon request.
- Sourcing candidates via a job posting, checking online platforms, asking for referrals
- Phone screening to shortlist qualified candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Arranging hiring formalities
- Other tasks as assigned by the HR and Talent Manager.
