Internship Description
- Identify, prospect, and engage new restaurant and café clients to expand BillQode’s customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the hospitality industry.
- Present and demonstrate BillQode’s QR code technology and AI-driven solutions to potential clients, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs and operational challenges.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote BillQode’s offerings.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings based on client insights.
Internship Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of restaurant and café operations and the challenges faced by hospitality businesses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at various organizational levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
