Internship Description
- Handling Account Management/Operations management activities for Learning & Development Projects/Accounts and Coordinating client accounts as allocated by Head of Training Function, including
- Run/Implement the training/assessment plans through coordination with the different components; Clients (coordinator and participants, Trainers and Suppliers to conclude the project to the satisfaction of the client and according to the Firm’s code of conduct,
- Contributing to the planning and implementation of various assessment and training activities (including Assessment Centers, Training workshops and simulations).
- Ensuring the quality of the final outcomes & deliverables as required.
- Coordinate with the company vendors including hotels/venues as well other documentation support suppliers for compiling a full plan for each client,
- Provide support to the Trainers/Assessors in compiling the training materials/Assessment reports as well as formatting for the materials to match the requirements,
- Provide support to other coordinator in client relations, troubleshooting and coordination of major training projects as well as own training assignments,
