Internship Description
Job Description:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
• Participate in HR projects such as policy review, performance management, and diversity initiatives
• Assist in responding to internal HR-related queries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
Internship Start date: 20th June
Duration: 4 -6 Months
Internship Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team
