Job Description:
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
- Assist with the HR Recruiter in screening & Categorise resumes.
- Conduct initial phone screens.
- Schedule calls and interviews.
- Arrange interviews for the candidates.
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
The intern will learn: Hands on experience & exposure to HR Field ( Recruitment Mainly ).

Internship Requirements
- Age : 22-25
- Prior Knowledge in HR specially in Recruitment ( HR Certificate will be a plus) .
- Excellent English ( Spoken + Written ).
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Critical-thinking skills.
