Our training initiative is specifically designed for individuals aged 18 to 34, aimed at equipping them with essential skills to thrive in the professional realm. Through comprehensive modules, we prepare participants for employment opportunities within Almouneer or our extensive healthcare partner network. Our goal extends beyond imparting practical skills; we strive to facilitate access to various employment pathways, whether directly within our organization or indirectly through collaborations with reputable partners in the healthcare sector. By investing in the development of young talent, we contribute to their professional advancement and foster a more inclusive and dynamic healthcare workforce.

Trainees will gain expertise in:

Soft Skills Training: Effective communication and problem-solving skills are pivotal in fast-paced call centers and technical support units. This module provides staff with communication techniques, active listening skills, and technical knowledge to address patient inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely assistance. Through simulations and case studies, participants learn to manage diverse patient needs while upholding professionalism.

Freshworks Training: Customized for technical support agents, Freshworks is a platform designed to streamline operations and enhance customer service experiences. It offers features and tools for efficient issue resolution and customer engagement.

Selling and Upselling Skills: Learn the art of effective sales techniques and strategies to promote products and services while maximizing revenue opportunities. Participants will develop skills in identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and persuading customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

Duration: 2 Days

Internship Requirements

  • Trainees must be between 18 to 34 years old.
  • Trainees should hold a minimum educational qualification equivalent to a university senior or bachelor's degree.
  • Trainees should be available to participate in the entire duration of the training program as scheduled.
  • Trainees should exhibit enthusiasm and motivation to learn and improve their skills. A positive attitude towards learning and professional development is crucial for successful completion of the training program
