Internship Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a professional environment.
Job Description:
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with onboarding and employee documentation
- Organizing and maintaining HR files and records
- Supporting internal communication and engagement activities
- Helping with HR reports and data entry
- Assisting in planning and coordinating training sessions
- Supporting performance Appraisal processes.
The intern will learn:
- The end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Basics of employee record management and HR documentation
- How to organize and support internal training sessions
- How to assist in performance tracking and evaluation processes
- Effective HR communication and coordination practices
- Exposure to HR systems and tools used in day-to-day operations
Duration: 3 to 6 months (with possibility for extension based on performance)
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (English section preferred)
- HR Diploma student or has completed HR-related courses
- Very good in Microsoft Office & Excellent English language skills
- Strong interest in HR (recruitment, training, performance)
- Committed and eager to learn
