- Assist with all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them.

- Assist in creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system.

- Assist in handling employees' insurance procedures by delivering insurance checks to the Insurance Authority and preparing Forms 1,2 and 6
|
- Assist in maintaining employee data on Oracle (adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes)
|
- Assist in preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, and any deductions or compensation.
|
- Assist in maintaining employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.
|
- Assist in reviewing the absence cases & and take the required disciplinary action upon company policy
|
- Assist in posting the allowances and penalties
