Job Description:
- Assist in conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Follow up employee’s medical insurance.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Performs any other related tasks when needed.
The intern will learn:
- HR Policies & Procedures
- Organizational Structure, Job Analysis and Job Descriptions
- Recruitment & Selection full cycle
- Performance Management System

Internship Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business Administration or any relevant field .
- Highly Communication Skills .
