Job Description:
- Promote conference of IC Conferences Organizing to doctors through phone call and Whatsapp messages,
- Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, and providing solutions,
- Help our customers to understand how to proceed on the registration and book their accommodation,
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner,
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times,
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints,Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary,
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support,
- Act sometimes as sales.
