Job Description:
The ACE Program is a Career Development partnership between TCS and AIESEC that has the objective of providing youth with the exposure of highly qualified professional experience. We need interns to help us with the translation from German-speaking operators in Europe who are facing technical issues. We will train and help interns with the technical troubleshooting.
The intern will learn:
- Working on French support tickets generated in ticketing tool.
- If required we will call operators to get additional information.
- Providing bar code scanner access to new operators.
- Removing access to operators as and when requested by their colleagues.
- Making changes to the quantity of orders if any order is cancelled.
- Helping operators to get new labels released and guiding them to find missing labels.
