Job Description:

• The trainee needs to participate in the activities related to the operations of the business providing office support including customer and employee support. Manage a variety of HR programs including recruitment, induction, and provition accurate employment advice. And mainly support the Startup to create their organizational culture.

The intern will learn:

• Map elements and define strategies to strengthen the Startup organizational culture;
• Develop an HR plan through a code of ethics definition, training, recruiting plan, +
• + performance evaluation and hiring policies;
• Develop recognition and selection process policies;
• Analyze internal communication and define strategies to evolve.
• Manage a variety of HR programs including recruitment, induction, and provition accurate employment
• Create the ideal workplace for the company;
• Talent management, employee relations, HR administration;
• System driven human resource management and tracking;
