Job Description :
- As a Spanish customer support, the intern will be responsible for the translation of all relevant communications and documents to and from the client, as well as being the point of contact between the IT support team and customers via email, phone, chat or web interface.
- The primary objective is the administration and translation of the incoming issues and requests.
- Training will be provided by the company in order to ensure good management of platforms and technical support
Main activities :
- Solve IT issues for Spanish Customers
- Working hours (11:00 am to 08:00 pm ) , Not on weekends
- 2018-2019 graduates
