You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.WSP are looking for a BIM Manager to develop and deliver structured BIM models as well as mobilise, manage and lead teams to secure successful deliverable.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain BIM execution plans for each project, outlining the BIM requirements and deliverables for each phase of the projectCoordinate and lead BIM meetings with the project team, including the design and construction teams, to ensure that BIM is being used effectivelyManage and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and modelers, providing guidance and support to ensure that BIM standards and procedures are being followedReview BIM models and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirementsCollaborate with the design team to ensure that BIM models are being used effectively to improve design coordination and communicationCollaborate with the construction team to ensure that BIM models are being used effectively to improve construction coordination, scheduling, and sequencingProvide BIM training and support to project team members, as neededEvaluate and recommend new BIM technologies and tools to improve project delivery and efficiencyParticipate in project presentations and meetings with clients, providing expertise on BIM methodologies, tools, and techniquesEnsure that BIM data is being managed and archived appropriately for future useQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementMinimum of 20 years of experience in BIM management, including a minimum of 15 years of experience managing BIM on large construction projectsIn-depth knowledge of BIM technologies, tools, and methodologiesExperience with BIM authoring tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCADExperience with BIM data management and interoperability tools such as BIM 360, ProjectWise, and SolibriStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skillsImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
