*Keep record of all candidates in Excel sheets (experience, Interview schedule…etc.)
*Execute & design different forms, memos and reports needed by upper level of management to facilitate work flow i.e. contracts report, interview schedule report….etc

*Organize Orientation program for newly hired employees to acquaint them with different Groups / Divisions of the bank.
* Formulate job analysis to execute the job description of ABC Bank employees and updating them yearly by interviewing the banks' staff.
*Coordinate with different recruitment offices to supply us with high potential candidates based on our criteria.
*Responsible for the whole process of the Summer Internship program starting from correspondence between the bank and the universities, memo(s) to & from the HR and Other Groups, selecting and interviewing the interns then issuing the certificates, letters of recognition and preparing the payment orders.
*Assist training Manager in preparing different memos executed to external training institutions to register ABC employees in various courses.
*Attend in house & tailored training courses for employees to ensure its compliance with predetermined agenda.
*Follow up matters concerning the attended training courses i.e. courses evaluation form, undertaking if needed…etc.
