• Job Details:Follow up the export operation and issuing (inv., packing list, COO and bank certificate) and review BL. Prepare the documents for refund export support. Searching for competitive shipping offer. Follow up air & sea shipments for export and import based on INCO. terms to ensure that goods are shipped in timeliness & efficient manner. Follow up final loading dates and shipping details. Determine the best shipping method to receive the shipment within certain date and cost. Planning routes and schedules for transport vehicles in order to meet delivery dates. Coordinating with suppliers or vendors to arrange deliveries of the materials or products to clients. Concerned that all duties, taxes, fees, documentation, and other needs have been fulfilled. Establish good relationship with custom managers and officers. Reporting to logistics manager.

• Job Details:Lead communication with freight forwarders, suppliers and customs clearance rep. Follow the shipment starting from the sailing and expedite the shipper to issue the original shipping documents to avoid port delay charges or demurrage penalties for containers. Provide to coordinate the flow of information, materials, and goods to site. Certain that all duties, taxes, fees, documentation, and other needs have been fulfilled. Reducing the cost of the major imported raw materials (bulk shipments) by changing the incoterms from CIF to be FOB basis. Follow up air & sea shipments on EXW basis deliveries to ensure that goods are shipped in timeliness & efficient manner. Searching for a competitive shipping offer. Follow up final loading dates and shipment details. Establish good relationship with customs managers and officers. Reporting to logistics manager.
