• Job Details:As the Head of Education department, I am responsible for interviewing candidates, onboarding new teachers, providing workshops for teachers, providing assistance to new and old teachers, monitoring the students’ progress and approving their progress reports. I work directly with the teachers, the HR, the Customer support manager, and the CTO.

• Job Details:Help in the development and implementation of instructional materials and curriculum programs that meet standards such Common Core State Standards for English & Math and Next Generation Science Standards for Science. Conduct staff training, assess educational materials, evaluate educational technologies, and mentor new teachers to help them develop effective instructional methods and strategies. Analyse student performance Assess student performance to determine in what ways instructional approaches need to be changed or modified. Manage and deliver conferences and workshops. Monitor teachers’ classrooms and review new curriculums and classroom materials with teachers individually or in group settings. Assess teacher performance and make suggestions for improvement. Develop and implement a program of co-curricular activities to provide different learning opportunities for the students.
