Job Description
- Supervise daily cost accounting operations and ensure accuracy of cost entries.
- Monitor and analyze standard costs and variances; investigate deviations and report findings.
- Oversee inventory valuation, stock movements, and ensure alignment with accounting records.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning processes.
- Ensure proper allocation of manufacturing overhead, labor, and material costs.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare cost reports, margin analysis, and KPIs for management review.
- Support internal and external audits related to cost accounting.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance cost tracking and control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost allocation methods.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Good English skills – spoken and written.
- Preferably residing in or near Badr City.
