Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and developing tailored training plans to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
