Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including storyboarding, location scouting, and scheduling.
- Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create engaging and impactful videos.
- Ensure video projects are delivered within specified timelines and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative video techniques to continuously improve video quality.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring functionality and proper storage.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to achieve project goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for video content.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and style across all video productions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software and equipment operation.
- Solid understanding of videography techniques, including camera angles, lighting, and audio recording.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Knowledge of post-production processes, including color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics, is a plus.
- A degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is desirable.
