Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with different teams to develop content calendars tailored to each sub-brand (3DVision, TriScan, 3DVision Education).
- Align content with ongoing campaigns, events, service launches, and educational initiatives.
- Understand brand voice, customer personas, and platform dynamics to craft tailored messaging.
Content Production
- Create high-quality written and visual content for social media, websites, emails, printed material, and educational platforms.
- Write clear, engaging copy for posts, articles, newsletters, scripts, and presentations.
- Coordinate closely with the videography team to plan and support photo and video shoots.
- Repurpose long-form clinical or educational content into short, engaging formats (e.g., carousels, reels, stories, snippets).
Digital Publishing & Management
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Maintain an organized digital asset library and content archive.
Campaign & Brand Support
- Contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and educational promotion through relevant, creative content.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all materials in coordination with design and video teams.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.).
- Recommend and implement content improvements based on insights and trends.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or social media management, preferably in healthcare, education, or tech-related fields.
Skills
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills—both visual and textual.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and publishing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent team collaboration skills—especially with videographers, designers, and campaign managers.
Soft Skills
- Creative thinker with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable attending shoots, events, and educational setups as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or demonstrated interest in healthcare, dental, or digital education content.
- Familiarity with productivity and content planning tools (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace).
- Experience with AI tools for ideation and content enhancement (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI).
