Job Description
- Own the Content Pipeline: Plan, create, publish, and manage content across multiple channels including website, blog, social media, email, and internal communications.
- Write Customer-Focused, Problem-Solving Content: Develop valuable and educational content that addresses real-world customer pain points and delivers actionable insights.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistency in voice, message, and brand identity.
- UGC Relationship Management: Reach out to customers, fans, and community members to source, manage, and repurpose high-quality user-generated content for campaigns.
- Optimize for Performance: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics. Use data to refine strategies, improve engagement, and increase content ROI.
- Repurpose and Scale Content: Break down long-form content into reusable assets such as video scripts, carousels, email sequences, and social media posts.
- Content Calendar Ownership: Manage and maintain the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, with a strong emphasis on SEO and storytelling.
- Proven track record of creating content that is customer-first and solution-oriented.
- Experience handling or collaborating with UGC creators and brand advocates.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) and an ability to simplify complex topics into engaging narratives.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and digital content trends.
- Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong project ownership skills.
