Job Description
- Develop/ Approve the project master schedule.
- Forecast the project’s cash flow.
- Monitor and follow up on the project’s progress.
- Review and study the contracts terms and conditions to ensure its compliance to the company requirements.
- Manage projects budget and schedules.
- Manage the cost analysis and cost control of the project activities.
- Prepare monthly reports to the top management.
- Attend weekly meetings with contractors and review schedule updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in working with real-estate developers or consultancy companies.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in large scale projects (Commercial, Recreational, Hotels, and Residential)
