Job Description
- Managing the different processes and procedures related to the EME projects, programs and services.
- Establishing and maintaining relationship with business partners
- Overseeing the operation of technology innovation labs (microelectronics, Industry 4.0, IoT/Robotic, ..etc.)
- Maintaining technical aspects in development programs
- Planning projects milestones, directing and coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget
- Periodic executive reports for the different programs KPIs.
- Defining new processes as per the recommendations of ITIDA top management.
- Performs subcontractors’ communication, qualification, negotiation, and validates deliverables to ensure the quality, schedule and budget.
- Managing the administrative, financial and promotion activities with other supportive departments within ITIDA
- Maintaining capacity building programs in electronics technology
- Anticipate stakeholders needs and their approval when required
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electronics / Mechatronics / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- M.Sc., MBA or PMP is a plus.
- 10 years or more experience in electronics technology (design or manufacturing) domain, Mechatronics, embedded systems. Or Industry 4.0 Technologies.
- Good knowledge of financial and procurements practices.
- 5 years or more project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of latest electronics industry trends.
- Good knowledge of startup and entrepreneurs’ eco-system
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and influential skills
- Leadership and management skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office and MS Project tools.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strategic and critical thinking.
