Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team in Hurghada. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our property management activities, ensuring a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out, and handling housekeeping, laundry, and operational logistics with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Supervise housekeeping and laundry schedules
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure all units are clean, fully equipped, and guest-ready at all times
- Communicate effectively with maintenance teams to solve problems quickly
- Assist with handling and organizing bookings
- Maintain accurate records using Excel or other systems
- Report directly to management with updates on operations
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license
- Based in Hurghada
- Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented
- Willingness to grow with the company and take on more responsibilities over time
