Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for:
- Compose, edit and draft online posts.
- Handling CRM and monitoring other property advertising portals.
- Handling, listing/Editing online portals for marketing and advertising purpose via social media platforms and websites, like property finder.
- Provides administrative support to company brokers.
- Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
- Create and submit daily report.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception are by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
