Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Compose, edit and draft online posts.
  • Handling CRM and monitoring other property advertising portals.
  • Handling, listing/Editing online portals for marketing and advertising purpose via social media platforms and websites, like property finder.
  • Provides administrative support to company brokers.
  • Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
  • Create and submit daily report.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception are by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
