Job Description

  • Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is Provided accordingly.
  • Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess
  • Legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.
  • Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate Courses of action have been taken.
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Preparing and filing government reports
  • Negotiating employee contracts
  • Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters
  • Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products
  • Representing the corporation before administrative boards and court trials
  • Providing supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services.

Job Requirements

  • Real Estate experience is a MUST.
  • Experience +3 years.
  • Good Apperrance  .
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexible and Multi Tasks 
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary
  • Good planning and organization skills
