Job Description
• Responsible for implementing strategic plans to accomplish targets, increase volume, maximize revenues & profits.
• Motivate and support the team to achieve targets.
• Formulate challenging career paths for sales team.
• Interview potential candidates according to HR procedures.
• Schedule visits to various Enterprise accounts to capture feedback, monitor performance and sales coaching.
• Inform risk department in case of any suspicious or fraud accounts.
• Ensure implementation of ETISALAT processes and policies.
• Handling cross functional activities and projects efficiently.
• Ensure high account management.
• Ensure punctuality and reports deadlines.
• Maintains excellent knowledge of Etisalat products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy corporate accounts’ needs.
• Interacts proactively with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customers’ requirements and keep proper feedback for Sales Supervisor.
• Prepares necessary reports with key achievements and segment’s updates to highlight business opportunities.
