Job Description

  • We are looking to hire Call Center Agents
  • Working Hours US Eastern - 8 hours
  • 5 working Days - 2 days off.
  • English Fluency is A MUST
  • Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.  
  • Understanding of Mr. Fixit products and services.
  • Keep up-to-date with all the services and products provided. 
  • Provide proper information to customers in a complete and comprehensive.
  •  Receive and process calls from all customers, agents and other external/internal parties.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Excellent (Fluent) command of written and spoken English
