Job Description
We are on the look for the following position in a leading company in food retail located in Nasr City
“Application support”
He’ll be responsible for:
· Provide day-to-day application support to end-users, ensuring smooth functioning of Microsoft Dynamics.
· Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
· Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of the applications to meet business needs.
· Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates and patch installations.
· Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting as needed.
· Participate in system upgrades and new module implementations.

Job Requirements
We need our candidate with the following criteria:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· ITI graduated are welcome to apply
· 1-3 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo.
· Understanding of food retail operations and business processes is a plus.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
