Job Description
• Maintain Operation Director’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Keep in touch with the Head office.
• Follow up action plan tasks.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (Calls, e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for executives.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
• Interviewing and on-boarding new managers, and organizing their employment paperwork.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Audit housekeeping activates.
• Preparing and sending monthly samples to head office & prepare special gifts.
• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, events and conferences.
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
• supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
• Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Bossiness Administration or any other related field
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• experience in an administrative role
• Previous experience within 7 years in the same role
