Job Description
- Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management and training process.
- Provides measurement standards, targets and KPIs with respect to the performance management process, including Mid- Annual formal performance appraisals.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Works closely with the training unit to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Initiate new rewarding programs and link it with performance parameters, also manage current rewarding programs.
- Creating assessment approaches to identify talented individuals or groups
- Responsible for developing and implementing succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles.
- Gather and analyze data including participants’ evaluations for learning and development activities and required corporate training and recommend corrective measures when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by line manager
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of progressive relevant work experience
- BSc/MSc in Human resources or relevant field
- Advanced English language skill is
- Previous performance management and OD experience
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
