Job Description

  • Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management and training process.
  • Provides measurement standards, targets and KPIs with respect to the performance management process, including Mid- Annual formal performance appraisals.
  • Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Works closely with the training unit to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
  • Initiate new rewarding programs and  link it with performance parameters, also manage current rewarding programs.
  • Creating assessment approaches to identify talented individuals or groups
  • Responsible for developing and implementing succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles.
  • Gather and analyze data including participants’ evaluations for learning and development activities and required corporate training and recommend corrective measures when necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of progressive relevant work experience 
  • BSc/MSc in Human resources or relevant field
  • Advanced English language skill is
  • Previous performance management and OD experience
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
