???? About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, people-smart, and resourceful woman to lead our trainer recruitment across all markets — Egypt, KSA, and beyond.
This role is the heart of Sporship’s expansion. You’ll be responsible for finding, convincing, onboarding, and managing freelance personal trainers in every new city we operate in.
You’ll act like a salesperson, recruiter, and community builder — all in one.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Actively search for qualified trainers on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp communities, and beyond
Build a pipeline of potential trainers, segmented by city, neighborhood, and availability
Convince and close trainers using strong value-based communication
Own the entire onboarding experience — from first message to activation
Build internal systems and tracking tools to manage trainer flow
Monitor KPIs like conversion rate, no-show rate, and activation bottlenecks
Handle issues with trainers and coordinate with customer service
Build loyalty and trainer satisfaction through communication and activities
Propose ideas for trainer content (testimonials, onboarding videos, campaigns…)
Flag recurring problems (e.g. trainer objections) and suggest structural solutions
???? Work Mode:
From office — 5 days/week (Sheraton – Heliopolis)
Must be available for communication during off-hours if needed
Expected to build systems and take full ownership

???? Qualifications:
Personal:
Outgoing and socially confident
Highly persuasive with strong communication skills
Naturally likeable and emotionally intelligent
Resilient, energetic, and has a “no excuses” mindset
Organized and analytical — not just a people person
Functional:
Strong experience in research, outreach, and tracking
Familiar with sourcing on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Excellent in Arabic communication (spoken + written)
Good command of Excel or Google Sheets
Comfortable negotiating and handling objections
BONUS: Experience in sales, recruitment, or community management
