Junior Sales Agent - Real Estate

Job Title: Junior Sales Agent - Real Estate 

Reports to: Real Estate Team Leader

Based at: Maadi Ring Road & Tagamoa

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Active & prompt communication with all received leads to survey their needs.
• Leads generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, social media posts and any other means to generate leads.
• Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that  best suit them
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
• Set appointments, meet & present new/existing Units for clients.
• Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and installments
• Creating & updating property listings with descriptions, location, features, square footage, etc.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate transactions with professionalism and expertise
• Staying in touch with existing clients in person and by telephone.
