Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the day-to-day accounting activities of the company
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Record daily transactions and post entries to the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
