Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a graduate from a recognized university with a major in Accounting. This individual is focused, committed to continuous improvement, and eager to learn new tasks and take on fresh challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Participate in the development and implementation of accounting procedures and policies
- Assist in tax preparation and filings
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
