About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities, support our finance operations, and contribute to the overall accuracy of financial reporting. This position is a great fit for someone with solid accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a hands-on approach—especially within a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Support bookkeeping and financial record-keeping activities
- Collect and organize invoices; ensure accuracy and completeness before processing
- Input and reconcile transactions in Odoo ERP system
- Consolidate financial data and assist in monthly and quarterly closings
- Monitor expense categories and ensure proper documentation
- Generate financial reports and analysis as needed
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP) to manage data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth finance workflows
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related finance role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Odoo or any other ERP system is a strong advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
