- We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Entry-Level Site Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for our queuing systems installed across Egypt. This role involves frequent travel to client sites,
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite maintenance and repair work for queuing system hardware and software
- Troubleshoot system errors and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct system testing, configuration, and installation as required
- Coordinate with the back-office technical team for complex issues
- Ensure client satisfaction through professional communication and support
- Prepare technical reports after each site visit
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during site work
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding of IT networks, hardware components, and Windows OS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across Egypt (company covers travel expenses)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
