Brief description
Great new opportunity for a Custome Representative job with a well known dental equipment supplier in Egypt. This is a full time & permanent position. Sonday - Thursday (Hours: 12.00 - 8.00 pm). Respond to customer inquiries and escalate where necessary. Update customer profiles, including change of billing requirements. Arrange for delivery and pickup of medical supplies and equipment. Outbound and inbound communication to external clients and internal departments for service delivery.
Tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in both English and French
- Responsible for handling incoming orders and processing them through ODOO
- Provide new product information to existing clients
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and maximize up-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team and inform them of specific customer issues
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments;
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation;
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
