Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate all types of commercial contracts including real estate, construction, vendor, consultant, and service agreements.
- Ensure contracts are legally sound, risk-mitigated, and protect the company’s interests.
- Interpret contract terms and conditions, provide legal guidance, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.
- Maintain a contract management system and ensure all documents are properly archived and tracked.
- Monitor and flag contract expiration dates, renewals, and obligations.
- Support other departments (Legal, Finance, Procurement, Projects, etc.) with contractual and legal advice.
- Participate in contract-related dispute resolution and claims management if required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, construction, or urban development sectors.
- Strong legal writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail, risk awareness, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
