Job Description
- Plan and organize all movement and scheduling of the maintenance team.
- Track the availability, skills, and specialties of service engineers to assign tasks efficiently.
- Estimate job completion times based on complexity and engineer capabilities.
- Understand geographical locations across Egypt to optimize travel time and resource allocation.
- Manage service, maintenance, and installation requests without service delays or complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of maintenance plans
- Monitor and improve processes for scheduling and task distribution to enhance team efficiency.
Job Requirements
Education Level (Degree/Certification Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in logistics, operations planning, or maintenance management is a plus
Years Of Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience in a maintenance planning role, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
Soft Skills: - Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with the team and customers.
- Attention to detail and proactive planning abilities.
Technical Skills: - Proficient in scheduling software, CRM systems, and maintenance management software.
- Knowledge of geographical areas across Egypt.
- Familiarity with CNC machines and their maintenance/installation requirements is a plus
