Manage service, maintenance, and installation requests without service delays or complaints.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of maintenance plans

Education Level (Degree/Certification Required):

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in logistics, operations planning, or maintenance management is a plus

Years Of Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience in a maintenance planning role, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.

Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work with the team and customers.
Attention to detail and proactive planning abilities.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in scheduling software, CRM systems, and maintenance management software.
Knowledge of geographical areas across Egypt.
Familiarity with CNC machines and their maintenance/installation requirements is a plus
