Job Description
- Interpreting all relevant legislation and regulations and develops compliance standards that address all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing legal material for internal use.
- Conducting research for Legal Department.
- Preparing informative or explanatory material on laws, regulations, and policy for general use by the company.
- Providing legal advice on various transactional matters, agreements, issues and dispositions under the supervision of General Counsel.
- Developing and ensuring compliance of all legally binding contracts and agreements under the supervision of General Counsel.
- Drafting contracts related to different activities performed by the company.
- Drafting Due Diligence reports related to land acquisition & corporate law issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Law.
- 4-6 years of experience.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent research skills.
- Have good exposure with “Contracts, Corporate, Due Diligence & Litigation”
