Job Description
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Plan project operations and schedule execution phases to ensure deadlines will be meet.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
- Oversee all aspects of project performance status reports for schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and quality control.
- Evaluate project progress and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Job Requirements
- +7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree of Architecture engineering is a must.
- Project Management Professional diploma is a plus.
- Strong analytical and engineering skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, MS Office, Outlook.
- Excellent command of English language (speaking, reading and writing).
- Very good verbal and written communications skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
