Job Description

  • Responsible for acquiring potential clients under key & non-key merchants umbrella by onboarding, growing,
    offering, serving and generating new leads for the highest business growth; all should be handled through on ground
    visits and phone calls; while delivering the optimum partner experience from a relationship perspective.

Job Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Those fixed functions of a defined job that cannot be reassigned easily to other employees.

  • Acquiring new customers through referrals, generating new leads through calls and acquiring on-ground leads through physical visits.
  • Creating and conducting effective proposal, negotiate, quoting the rates and terms of contract to be signed with the merchants.
  • Converting hunted leads into successful leads and acquiring new merchants physically.
  • Reporting merchants’ visits and contact trails on daily/weekly basis.
  • Maintaining solid records for prospect clients and their activities and LOBs
  • On-boarding new customers into CreditGo services and products.
  • Handling complaints, escalations and conduct clients’ follow-up through relationship scales via agreed tools of communication with clients for growth scaling.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks including, technical testing, technical set-up, inventory management and documents gathering ...etc.
  • Being client’s VOC within the internal stakeholders of CreditGo.
  • Growth player, fast learner and target oriented personality.

Non-essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Flexible personality to work out-door effectively.
  • Flexible personality to work in startups and dynamic fast-paced environments. 
  • Executing business growth plans communicated by upper management. 
  • Advanced/Intermediate MS suite User; specially in “Excel and Word”.
  • Excellent follow up skills and great communicator.
