Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Recruit new specialized vendors to create and expand a multilingual resource database to accommodate clients’ needs
  • Receive and handle requests from Project Management, and Business Development teams to recruit or place new vendors into ongoing projects
  • Active ongoing management of our linguist's database and keep records up to date in the company database system and Excel sheet.
  • Compile weekly reports on vendor recruitment to the vendor manager
  • Assist PM team on specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines.
  • Use relevant market resources websites for recruitment.
  • Evaluate and track our vendor performance in liaison with the Business Development/PM department
  • Answer linguists’ payment and invoicing inquiries, in liaison with our accounts department
  • Negotiate buying rates with vendors and proceed with our vendor's NDA &applications.
  • Evaluate project scope and make vendor recommendations accordingly
  • Represent the company in the most professional way and develop a strong vendor relationship through excellent communication.
  • Monitor language trends and fill any gaps in resources.
  • Provide PM team with any information needed regarding the resources (contact details, Blind CVs, feedback on their Quality and experience)
  • Prepare Blind CVs for the client when requested by our business development team
  • Other tasks may be assigned as needed by the direct managers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience is a plus)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced MS office skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Business writing skills
  • Organizational and Multitasking skills.
