Job Description
- Study / review received renovation & finishing projects and prepare estimated budget.
- Study / review the design drawings and prepare all required BOQs and shop drawings.
- Get subcontractors and / or labors for the executions.
- Manage / supervise the executions of these projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering.
- Years of experience, Min.: 4 Max.: 6 in renovations and finishings of administrative buildings.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent Command of written English language and very good command of spoken English Language.
