Job Description

1- Ensure that design and shop drawing tasks are completed on schedule, meeting the target, and Maintain a high level of accuracy with a target of high accuracy to minimize revisions.
2- Monitor and reduce the number of defects in designs, Ensure alignment with production quality standards.
3- Prepare and maintain technical documents that meet quality standards, with a target of high accuracy and completeness.
4- Ensure that all design projects are completed within the allocated budget, aiming for a high adherence rate, and Implement cost-saving measures in the design process to optimize resource utilization and reduce wastage.
5- Provide prompt technical support to the production team, resolving any design- related issues within very short time.
6- Assist the production team in troubleshooting and resolving any design discrepancies or issues that arise during manufacturing.
7- Foster strong communication and collaboration between the design team and other departments, such as production and sales. Conduct monthly meetings and ensure high collaboration ratings.
8- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
9- Lead the development of new electrical panel designs.
10- Manage research and development projects to ensure that most of projects meet their initial objectives, encourage innovative approaches to design and production processes.
11- Lead and mentor the design team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
12- Identify training needs within the team and organize development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
13- Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
14- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in electrical panel design.

Job Requirements

Education:
 Bachelor of Electrical Engineering

Experience
 Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing or a related industry.
