Job Description
- Plan, implement and oversee logistics inbound operations as well as documentation.
- Manage supply review and stock replenishments to ensure components availability to meet demand as per the forecast.
- Closely work with suppliers, customers, transportation management team, country logistics team and relevant organizations to monitor and ensure the shipments arrived as customer’s expectation.
- Maintain master data on SAP to ensure smooth system’s run and correct transactional data.
- Other inbound management related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with studies related in supply chain, logistics, business process, process management, customer service is preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management for multi-countries company.
- Possessing knowledge and experience in ERP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
- Experience in Project Management is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
