Job Description
- Design and review mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Develop technical specifications, BOQs, and detailed drawings.
- Supervise mechanical works on-site and ensure they meet project standards.
- Evaluate materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions from contractors.
- Support the commissioning process and system testing.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance throughout all project phases.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Firefighting, CCTV & Low Current Systems
- Experience with fire pumps, control circuits, and basic HVA
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, and Excel
- Ability to write and respond to emails professionally
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with clients
- Experience in site supervision & coordination
