Job Description
- Implement, conduct and manage the QC activities as per the Company's Quality Policy.
- Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made via the Control Plan and Customers Specifications.
- Coordinate with the Production quality processes.
- Perform required quality analysis.
- Assists QC Manager.
- Attend Daily Review & fast response Meetings.
- Responsible for continual improvement activities within QC.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / in process and final inspection quality functions.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
- Support the Quality Inspectors.
- Conduct audits, Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints according to FMEA methodology.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering university degree.
- 2-5 yrs experience in manufacturing field.
- Experience in Automotive industry.
- Office applications.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is preferable.
